About Castro County Court Docket

Castro County court dockets and case records are divided among the District Clerk, County Clerk, Justice of the Peace, and municipal courts. Texas does not offer one public statewide search box that joins every trial-court case. We built this private reference site to make the correct official portal, address, and phone path easier to identify.

Why We Built This Site

Texas permits access to many court dockets and case files, yet the record must be requested from its actual custodian. In Castro County, the District Clerk keeps district criminal, civil, and juvenile records, while the County Clerk keeps constitutional county-court and county record material. Lower courts maintain their own dockets. Because no single Texas public portal replaces these offices, we organize the official contacts, local search tools, and request steps in one place.

What You Will Find Here

  • Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Castro County
  • Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
  • Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through Castro County's local iDocket coverage
  • Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to a Texas court, the Castro County clerks, or any government agency. Those boundaries mean we cannot:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results.
